Our role spans the entire delivery programme — from design coordination and package interfaces through to commissioning, integration testing and structured handover. We ensure the digital building that was designed is the digital building that is delivered.
Design Coordination
Ensuring digital systems are designed together, not in isolation. Resolving clashes between ICT, MEP, BMS and AV at design stage — before they become site problems.
Responsibility Matrix
